Travel Brand Case Study - Email Automations (GHL)
The Brief
This one's honest to say where it actually stands: GoHighLevel was only introduced recently, and I'm learning it entirely from scratch. This project is me building real, working systems with it while I do, not a finished, polished case study yet.
The Process
I'm building newsletter workflows and enquiry form workflows, with tagging systems in place so contacts get sorted properly based on what they've actually shown interest in, and custom emails built around those tags rather than one generic message sent to everyone regardless of where they are in the process. It's more technical than the Mailchimp work, closer to building the plumbing behind the emails than writing the emails themselves, and I've been learning it properly rather than rushing to look finished before it actually is.

The Outcome
Still in progress, and I'd rather say that plainly than oversell it. What's built so far, the tagging systems, the enquiry workflows, is genuinely working, but this is a skill I'm actively growing into, not one I'd call finished.
