Brand & Social
Tops Day Nurseries
The Brief
This one isn't mine to run day-to-day, and it was never meant to be. Someone else owns the social schedule at Tops now, properly, as part of the wider marketing work I did there. My role is supporting it when it's needed, not replacing the person responsible for it.
The Process
I help out occasionally, jumping in when there's extra capacity needed or a specific piece of content that benefits from an extra pair of hands. This sits alongside the broader marketing work I did at Tops, the carousels and Reels, the PR and outreach, the brochures, so the social support isn't disconnected from everything else, it's part of the same wider effort, just not something I own outright.
The Outcome
A social presence that doesn't depend on one person to keep running, with support available when it's actually needed rather than assumed. I think that's a healthier way to build a social schedule long term, one person owning it properly, with help there when the workload actually calls for it.
