Travel Brand Case Study - Social Media Account

Travel Brand Case Study - Social Media Account

The Brief

This wasn’t a blank page. This Travel Brand already had a social presence when I took it on, the accounts existed, there was history there, but it needed real structure and consistency behind it rather than posts going out whenever there was time to make one.

The Process

I rebuilt it properly, not by starting over, but by improving what was already there across every part of it at once. That meant real structure: a monthly content calendar rather than ad hoc posting, so there was always a plan rather than a scramble. It meant the content itself getting sharper, better photography, better editing, captions that actually sounded like something a person wrote rather than something generated to fill a slot. And it meant thinking properly about strategy underneath all of it, what actually gets posted, when, and for who, rather than posting the same way to everyone regardless of platform or audience.

I build and manage the calendar myself now, covering posts, Reels, and TikTok, alongside the brochures, and brochures that sit around it. It's not one improvement. It's all of them, done at the same time, because a social presence doesn't get better from fixing one part of it in isolation.

The Outcome

A social presence that runs on structure now rather than urgency, consistent enough that it feels like the same brand every time someone sees it, whichever platform they're on. It's still ongoing work, the calendar gets rebuilt every month, but it no longer depends on scrambling to fill a gap. It's also starting to show in the numbers, one recent post reached 250 likes against a usual range of 70 to 90, proof that the structure underneath is actually translating into real engagement, not just consistency for its own sake.
